The murder of a newly-born child by a mother: concept and social danger

In this article, the authors consider the issues of the concept and social danger of the murder of a newborn child by a mother. The article emphasizes that the allocation of infanticide in a separate special norm is appropriate, given its lower social danger compared to other types of murders. At the same time, it is noted that pregnancy has an impact on the mental state of any woman.
