Participation of digital education in the formation of human capital

Labor has always been one of the most important factors of production, while in the modern world the main component of this factor of production is human capital. The production of economic goods in the conditions of the twenty-first century implies a whole range of skills and abilities, which can only be mastered through education. Thus, education becomes an important and necessary part of the development of the human personality. In the Human Development Ranking, which is published annually by the World Bank, education makes up almost half of the integral indicator. In the modern world, education is transforming and becoming largely digital. In the Russian Federation, there is a state program «Digital Educational Environment», which allows young Russians to acquire the necessary skills and improve the level of human capital.
