The scientific article is devoted to the main problematic issues of participation of the Prosecutor in the criminal process. This topic of the article is relevant, since the issue of participation of the Prosecutor in criminal proceedings, to date, is debatable. Despite the fact that the powers of the Prosecutor at the stage of the trial are legally fixed, in practice, in science there are some questions regarding the participation of the Prosecutor in criminal proceedings.
