Family participation in business management. The role of family councils in forming a stable succession mechanism

The article analyzes the features of the management and succession of a family business, the formation of a family council, the creation of a family constitution. The authors come to the conclusion that the Russian business is just beginning to realize the significance of such issues and suggest a structural approach to their solution, within the framework of the stages described in the article.
