Theory of the offender: concept, structure, place in the system of forensic theories

The article reviews the problems of understanding the essential content of the forensic theory of the offender. In order to solve these problems, the author gives reasons for separating the offender theory (along with the theories of the suspect, the accused, the defendant) from the system of the forensic theory of criminal participators; the author formulates the concept of the researched theory and proposes its structure.
