Study of the Slavophils of the custom as a source of law

The Slavophils' study of the custom as a source of law is considered. The author concludes that Slavophils gave the priority to custom as a source of law and thought that law must be a custom in order to be a part of social life. The urgency of Slavophils' study is connected with the necessity to reflect traditions and customs of the Russian culture in the Russian law.
