Sexual cycle teaching and its significance for horse sterility prophylaxis

The presents work reveals the actual results of clinical and experimental investigations on further study of sexual cycle of mares in the light of teaching about farm animalssexual sysle formulated by professor Studentsov A.P. (1953-1970). The essence of stages (excitation, inhibition and physiological balancing) and phenomenon phases (follicle maturing and ovulation, heat, common reaction (sexual excitement) and desire) ofa sexual cycle and significance of their registration in the system of measures aimed at horse sterility prophylaxis.
