Consideration of the social infrastructure factors during the cadastral valuation of the city lands

The author examines the current methods of cadastral valuation of land settlements. Shows that, in assessing such lands important consideration factors for social infrastructure. Concludes that the methodology does not impose sufficiently stringent requirements for the composition and Uncertainty estimates, so to obtain the correct cadastral value of land settlements is necessary to clarify and specify the specific legislation and regulations.
