Considering characteristics of suspects and convicts in the work of guard and convoy units of the Interior Ministry

The author explores the issues of preventing accidents during the guard and convoy of persons suspected and convicted of crimes, their peculiar personal features and illegal inclinations taken into account. Normative law acts regulating the mentioned activity are also considered. The article comprises the suggestions aimed to prevent escapes, attacks, self-mutilation and other unlawful actions which can be done by the inmates (due to characteristics of their personality).
