The article raises the problem of secondary adaptation, which is not taken into account when planning technical, technological, organizational innovations and changing the management apparatus of enterprises in the railway industry in the current conditions. It is proposed to use the positive experience of secondary adaptation and disseminate it to all employees who have reduced their performance indicators after the introduction of the changes. The proposed method will activate the creative potential of all working employees and enhance their involvement in the corporate culture of the organization, which will affect the efficiency of the organization.
