Satisfaction with the quality of education and educational environment among students of pedagogical university

The article considers the results of a sociological study of student satisfaction «Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky» conditions, content, organization and quality of the educational process. As the main research tool, a questionnaire conducted in the 2022-2023 academic year was used. The methodological basis of the study is the ideas of K. Yaspers, J.P. Sartre, V.N. Myasishchev on the assessment of processes occurring in society through the study of subjective experience by the personality of social processes and phenomena. The article presents the results of studying the opinion of 1,050 students studying in 140 educational programs of bachelor's and master's degrees in terms of indicators: educational activities of the university, research policy, youth policy, development of the university infrastructure, university's social mission. The presented indicators are correlated with the blocks of the university development program as a leading document reflecting the improvement of key management processes in the field of quality assurance of educational activities. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, the authors formulated proposals for expanding the mechanisms for involving students in the joint design of tools for assessing the quality of educational activities.
