Satisfaction with the quality of social services in social protection institutions in the city of Kem

A sociological study is devoted to assessing satisfaction with the quality of social services provided in the department for working with citizens of the State Institution of the state government social protection institution "Center for Social Work of the Republic of Karelia" in the city of Kem and the Kem region. The concept of A. F. Shakirova was used as the basis for a model for assessing the effectiveness of social protection bodies. Based on the survey results, the authors calculated the performance index of the Center for Social Work. The population receiving social services is satisfied with the quality of the services provided: the highest ratings were given to the institution's work schedule and speed of service to the population, the lowest ratings were given to the technical condition of the building in which the center is located.
