This article presents the results of the Peers.TV customer satisfaction survey using the questionnaire method, based on a previously conducted marketing survey, the purpose of which was to develop a satisfaction survey model. The main problems and recommendations for improving the satisfaction of users of the Peers.TV service were identified. The main problems are: high amount of advertising, low quality of TV channels, high cost of paid subscription of channel packages. Based on the respondents' answers on service improvement recommendations, the following measures were developed: increase the number of popular channels, introduce trial subscriptions to paid channel packages and increase the number of channels with an archive of broadcasts, expand the library of movies and TV shows. Thus, taking into account the opinion of the respondents, the organization can improve the necessary characteristics of the product and increase satisfaction with them, which subsequently will improve both the financial performance of the company and the quality indicators of the product itself.
