In the modern world, there is very high competition between enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should use all their resources as efficiently as possible. The most important resource of a modern enterprise is its personnel. Some factors lead to excessive staff turnover, which negatively affects the performance of the entire enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to monitor the satisfaction of employees with their work, and, if necessary, make the necessary changes to the work of the enterprise. The article examines the concept, causes and consequences of staff turnover, conducts a study of the concept, methods and indicators of employee satisfaction with their work, provides statistical data on job satisfaction among Russians in 2021-2022. The article also suggests ways to increase job satisfaction among employees of enterprises.
