Personnel satisfaction as a strategic factor of organization efficiency in the conditions of digital transformation

In the conditions of accelerated digital transformation and post-pandemic restructuring of the labor market, employee satisfaction acquires a new strategic importance for the sustainable development of organizations. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the relationship between the level of employee satisfaction and business performance in the digital society. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of factors related to digitalization on employees’ perception of working conditions, corporate culture and professional development opportunities. The study was based on data from global analytical platforms (Gallup, PwC, Gartner, SHRM) and case studies of leading Russian companies implementing digital HR strategies (Sberbank, Rosatom, SIBUR). The methodology includes elements of comparative and retrospective analysis, case studies and content analysis of corporate practices. The results substantiate the correlation between personnel satisfaction and key performance indicators: productivity, loyalty, innovation activity and turnover rate. Successful practices of implementing digital solutions in HR policy were identified. Practical recommendations for building sustainable models of human resource management with a focus on the development of flexible, supportive and engaging work environments were formulated. The materials of the article can be used by specialists in HRM, strategic management and digital transformation.
