This article discusses the problems of improving the quality and competitiveness of dairy products, as well as their processing. The issues of dairy products entering the foreign market and compliance with the EAEU standards are investigated. There are a number of shortcomings in ensuring veterinary and sanitary requirements for dairy products, which is reflected in the processing process. The provision of milk processing technology in accordance with the technical regulations of the EAEU is analyzed.
