The article considers both specific and general corpus deeds for which medical workers can be prosecuted under the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 2, 2017, highlights the elements of corpus deeds, draws conclusions about the inconsistency in the application of certain crimes against medical workers.
