This article discusses the criminal liability for violation of the right to privacy of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal, Telegraph and other messages, because the application of norms about criminal liability for this crime in practice has not received proper legislative authorization. On the basis of this study the authors set a list of special means, is prohibited or limited in circulation.
