Criminal liability for failure to report a crime as a counter-terrorism measure: problems of theory and practice

The article analyzes the problems that have arisen in theory and in practice in connection with the introduction of an article on responsibility for failure to report a crime in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as part of improving the system of countering terrorism in Russia. The authors substantiate some proposals for improving the criminal legislation on liability for failure to report a crime.
