The article analyses the constituent elements of a crime provided by Article 232 of the Criminal Code of the RF. The authors consider different components of the objective part of a crime and provisions of the Strategy of the Anti-Drug Policy in correlation to the up-to-date practice of imposing punishment for organization or maintaining dens for using drugs and psychotropic substances.
