Criminal liability for crimes in the sphere of legalization of money and property obtained by criminal means in Сhina: comparative legal research

Purpose: The analysis of norms about the criminal liability for legalization of cash and of property obtained by criminal means, the PRC. Methodology: Methodological basis of research was made a universal dialectical method of cognition of the phenomena of objective reality. In addition, they used other methods of cognition: comparative, analysis, induction and deduction, analogy, description. Results: Offers ideas for the improvement of the Russian legislation. Novelty/originality/value: comparative analysis of international norms on criminal liability of legal persons, the identification of the relationship of such phenomena as money laundering and shadow banking.
