Criminal liability: concept, bases, forms of implementation

This work examines the concept of criminal liability, its concept, the grounds on which criminal liability is assigned, as well as the direct forms of implementation of criminal liability. The concepts of crime and socially dangerous behavior, for which there are adverse consequences for the person in the form of criminal liability, were studied. The author also examines and highlights the characteristic features of criminal liability identified in Russian criminal legislation.
