Criminal legal characteristics of some careless offences committed by educators

The paper is aimed at highlighting certain aspects of negligent crime in the educational environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the key features of such elements of crime as negligence (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and violation of the rules of traffic and operation of vehicles (Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The author draws readers' attention to the fact that the types of crimes under consideration are a common occurrence in the field of education. The objectives of this work are, firstly, to present a general criminal law characteristic of careless crime among educators; secondly, to analyze the features of such a reckless crime as negligence committed by education workers; thirdly, to investigate the criminal law signs of careless traffic crimes committed by education workers. The object of the study was public relations in the field of criminal negligence among educators. The methodological basis of the study is expressed in the use of cognitive methods, comparison, analysis, generalization and description. The results of the study show that, on average, about 12,000 people are convicted of reckless crimes every year. However, despite the seeming insignificance of this indicator, the social danger of these crimes lies in the consequences that occur as a result of their commission, and these consequences are often very serious and often irreparable. Analyzing examples of judicial practice that directly illuminate the criminal negligence shown by educators, the author once again focuses readers' attention on how important it is to prevent these types of crimes. Speaking about the general conclusions of the study, we can conclude thatreckless crime is a common occurrence in the educational environment. Pedagogical and other workers in the field of education are not insured against committing a careless crime.
