Criminal-legal characteristic of illegal use of means of individualization of goods (works, services)

This article is devoted to the qualification of crimes related to the illegal use of means of individualization of goods (works, services). The problems of determining the target and the object of the crime are considered in detail, the incorrect name of article 180 of the Criminal code, incorrectly characterizing the elements of crimes that are included in this article is pointed out. The features of the objective side are considered, attention is paid to the method of calculating major damage. The perpetrator and the subjective side of the crime are considered.
