This article is about the illegal sale of drugs. This crime is specified in the article 228.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation. The article deals with his criminal and legal characteristics. The author proposes a footnote to the article 228.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation about exoneration from criminal responsibility because of active remorse.
