Criminal legal description of bribe as a crime subject

The article discusses theoretical issues of the criminal legal characteristics of bribe as a crime subject. The concept and features of bribe are defined. The authors consider the place of official duties exercised for a bribe in the structure of corpus delicti. The types of official duties described in the Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as a precondition of acceptance of a bribe describe the subject of such offences. The authors believe that there is a collateral subordination between the concepts of "subject of bribery" and "subject of bribe".
