Criminal-legal liability for state change in the context of the right to freedom of information: questions of theory and practice

The subject of the research is the problem in the field of the criminal legal struggle against high treason and responsibility in the context of the right to freedom of information. The subject is the criminal legislation on the responsibility for high treason as a crime against the state. As part of this study, the author carried out a comprehensive study of the criminal nature of high treason, an analysis of the rules governing the responsibility for the commission of this crime. Based on the selected material, specific proposals have been worked out to improve this norm of the criminal law of Russia.
