Criminal-legal regulation of counteraction bankruptcy of economic subjects

One of the main goals of each state is the sustainability of economic development and the stability of market relations. This article refers to deliberate bankruptcy in the Russian Federation. Issues related to the problem of detection of intentional bankruptcy, a weak legal base, and measures to combat crime in this category are considered. The features of responsibility for deliberate bankruptcy, problems of bringing to justice the persons involved in bankruptcy are considered. State regulation of this state of an economic entity is experiencing a failure of legal norms for criminal punishment.
