In this article, the author considers the institution of repetition in relation to the problem of qualification of criminal acts, reveals the features of its historical formation, the main positions on the existence of repetition and its possible application in criminal law practice, gives the main differences from other forms of plurality, and also determines the prospects for existence repetition as a qualifying feature in some elements of the crime.
