Criminal legal status of a minor victim in international legal acts

This work is devoted to the study of the key provisions of international legal acts that regulate the legal status of a minor victim in criminal proceedings. It is indicated that the world community began to deal with the problem of ensuring the rights of a minor victim of a crime at a deeper level after the end of the Second World War. In the course of the research, the author drew attention to the features of some provisions of international legal acts regulating the legal status of juvenile victims.
