Criminal and legal aspects of countering the organization of activity aimed at incitement to suicide

The article analyses such a socially dangerous act as incitement to suicide. The complicated criminal situation in this area dates back to 2016, and has no tendency to decrease at present. The dispositions of Articles 110, 110.1, 110.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation cause their different interpretations. So, it’s not clear what indicia should be used to differentiate these corpora delicti. The author notes positive aspects as well as criticizes a number of provisions related to the criminal responsibility for a crime provided for by Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of RF.
