Criminal-legal and criminological characteristics of minors who are the subject of a crime under article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The paper is devoted to the study of the subject of a crime under Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, its main and additional features, as well as the characteristics of the personality of a minor who has committed crimes in the field of traffic. Statistical data on the state of road transport discipline and related injuries, data on the number of criminal cases initiated on the grounds of a crime under Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are presented and analyzed. Based on the data on the age qualification of the subjects of the crime under study, the category of persons who commit this violation of the law most often is determined, and special attention is paid to minors. The paper presents statistical data on the number of minors who allow the consumption of alcoholic products, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The analysis of persons who commit road traffic crimes at a minor age is carried out, some reasons and conditions for the commission of the above-mentioned acts are determined. According to the results of the study, the relevant conclusions were formulated.
