Criminal and legal features of forms of consciousness in crimes in the sphere of economic activity

This article discusses the study of organized crime in the economy in the territory of the Russian Federation in modern living conditions. The author contributes to the disclosure of criminal law peculiarities of forms of participation in the sphere of economic activity, which is a big problem of security not only economic but also social blocks of positive development of modern society.
