Criminally-legal reasons of introduction of the legal person as the subject of the criminal liability

The article analyzes the current level of development of legislation as an actual problem of criminal law. The possibility of making amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in 2018 is being considered. Drawing conclusions about the validity of possible changes introduced, a new perception of the subject of crimes in criminal law is formed.
