Criminal legal issues of responsibility of traditional healers in Kyrgyzstan

The article deals with topical issues of bringing representatives of traditional medicine (healers) to criminal responsibility, since the activities of traditional healers are practically not regulated by the legislation of Kyrgyzstan, in particular, there is no mechanism for licensing their activities; and also, in the light of the adoption of the new Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2021.
