Бесплатный доступ

This article examines legislative trends aimed at strengthening the formalization of criminal procedural law and expressed in the gradual introduction of more and more purely tactical and technological rules for the conduct of preliminary investigation bodies and the court in the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the author connects the emergence and strengthening of these trends with two historical milestones in the development of the Russian criminal process: with the period of formation of the early Soviet system of criminal justice (early 1920s) and with the period of development of the current criminal procedure legislation (late 1990s).
