Criminal procedural status of the victim in the Kyrgyz Republic: problems and prospects

The article examines the criminal procedural status of the victim in criminal proceedings, aspects of the dispute, problems of realizing the rights of the victim and possible ways to improve the procedural status of the victim in modern criminal proceedings. The relevance of this article is determined by the understanding that the purpose of criminal proceedings is, among other things, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of victims of crimes. In the article, the author gave clear examples of the fact that the mechanism for realizing the rights of the victim in criminal proceedings was absent or was insufficiently studied.
