Сriminal law in the age of change

The article reveals the features of modern criminal law policy and analyzes the main trends in the development of criminal law. Significant attention is paid to the patterns of transformation of the teachings on crime and punishment in criminal law, as well as the problems of diversification of criminal law. Attention is drawn to the fact that currently there is a de-globalization of criminal law and the main emphasis of criminal law protection is shifting towards the security of the state.
