Criminal prosecution in cases of crimes related to the tax evasion and (or) fees from organizations: modern state and trends of improvement

In the present publication the problems associated with the implementation of the prosecution in criminal cases on crimes related to tax evasion and (or) fees from organizations are examined. In the light of current government policy regarding tax crime of criminal procedure are analyzed novels governing the maintenance and termination of criminal prosecution for the said category of crime, calls attention to a series of discussion questions, and suggestions are made to resolve them.
