Criminal legal analysis art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The problem of protecting the freedom of conscience and religious feelings of believers in our state is extremely urgent given the diversity of its ethnic composition. Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author presented a criminal-legal analysis of this norm, which makes it possible to conclude that the disposition of the article contains signs that indicate a violation of only freedom of religion, leaving the freedom of conscience unattended. The author agrees with the opinion of scientists who say that the content of this article does not correspond to its title. Also, the article contains many evaluative features, which makes it difficult to qualify.
