Criminal law of the member states of the collective security treaty organization: comparative legal analysis

The article outlines the factors determining the expediency of conducting a comparative study of criminal laws of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). A contrasting analysis of the main legal provisions of the general and special parts of the Criminal Codes of the Republics of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and the Russian Federation is carried out. Certain criminal-legal institutions are subjected to critical examination. Arguments in favor of the legislative consolidation of the relevant categories in the criminal legislation of individual countries are formulated by the author.
