Lease: Ownership of real property in Common Law system

In this seminar paper we analyzed ownership lease agreement concluded 1995th, in London. The aim of this study was identification of the basic characteristics of Common Law, legal system which consists of three parts: the Statute Law, Common Law and Equity Law, as well as its distinctive institutions in the ownership of real estate: tenure as a system of holding land and estate as the duration of rights under the relevant contract of lease ownership.
