Threats to the Functioning of the Unified State Register of Advocates: Analysis of Vulnerabilities Based on the 2026 Incident

The article analyzes the January 2026 incident when approximately 15,000 records disappeared from the Unified State Register of Advocates. It examines technological, organizational and legal vulnerabilities: lack of data integrity verification mechanisms, blurred responsibility zones between administrators, and database architecture deficiencies. Critical flaws in state information system management posing threats to access to justice are identified.
