The article considers the risks and threats to personnel safety. Particular attention is paid to the personnel safety system, the fight against various types of risks. The qualitative and quantitative composition of the personnel of LLC Hotel Company-Siberia has been analyzed, the system for selecting employees and monitoring their activities has been studied.
