Threats of territorial integrity of the Russian Federation in the Southern region

By the beginning of the second decade of the 21 century in the Southern region of the Russian Federation conflict generating situation remains intensive, and in some areas gets even more aggravating, therewith being latent and slow-developing. The article defines key threats for territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, elaborates reasonably substantiated proposals for handling these problems, which can be applied to a wide field of political and state researches, management and forecast of threats of territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.
