Integration of the Krasnoyarsk territory - the way to increase social and economic efficiency of the region

The issue concerning the integration of the Krasnoyarsk territory is viewed not so much in terms of the strengthening of «vertical of power», but in terms of the acceleration of autonomous operation of the budgets of individual subjects. The author justifies the opinion that the result of the region integration should be the enhancement of the economic potential of the region. The author also suggests that in the modern history of Russia this project claims to be the first large-scale economic breakthrough of the subject that is strategically important for the state.
