Streets of Lenin's homeland during the second half of the 1930-s as an important characteristic of Stalin era

If we speak about the role of I.V. Stalin in the history of the USSR, we cannot but mention the question on the country's exterior t that time. The authors of this article contribute to solving this problem trying to the reconstruction the image of Ulyanovsk (a typical provincial town) in 1937-1938.
