Uloga menadžmenta ljudskih resursa u procesu implementacije menadžmenta ukupnog kvaliteta

Menadžment ukupnog kvaliteta je holistička filozofija kojom se teži ka kontinuiranom poboljšanju kvaliteta svih procesa u preduzeću, što zahteva uključivanje zaposlenih i njihovo podsticanje na davanje predloga, preuzimanje odgovornosti i donošenje odluka. Uspešna implementacija menadžmenta kupnog kvaliteta umnogome je uslovljena kvalitetom menadžmenta ljudskih resursa, koji treba da obezbedi posvećenost zaposlenih kontinuiranom unapređenju procesa. Dosadašnja istraživanja u svetu pokazala su da efekti ove sofisticirane filozofije najviše zavise od motivacije zaposlenih, koja se kreira putem obuka i nagrada materijalne i nematerijalne prirode. Cilj rada je da predstavi način na koji menadžment ljudskih resursa opredeljuje efikasnost implementacije menadžmenta ukupnog kvaliteta, kao i da pruži smernice za unapređenje te efikasnosti. U radu su izloženi rezultati empirijske analize u hotelima u Srbiji sa ciljem da se utvrdi vrednost faktora menadžmenta ukupnog kvaliteta koji se odnose na ljudske resurse. Rezultati pokazuju da bi, u slučaju impementacije menadžmenta ukupnog kvaliteta, prvo trebalo unaprediti kadrovske faktore.
