The transmission electron microscopy revealed the changes in the intercellular substance in childbirth rats’ cervix, due to the synthesis of fibrous protein. The smooth muscle cells of cervix myometrium inner layer are involved in its production. We found, that sphincter muscle cells at childbirth were ultra-structural characterized as “small” and “secretory”. The cervix reconstruction takes important place in generic composite process implementation during the birth. Our findings could be used to develop new approaches in pregnancy and childbirth management.
