An integrated morphological research of solid sarcoma S-45 tumor transplanted to mongrel male rats under skin in the back was performed. An electron microscope study revealed two types of sarcoma S-45 cells varying in distinctness. Data on tumor growth kinetics, proliferative activity and ultrustructural composition of its cell components were obtained. Morphological properties of capillary structure in sarcoma central and peripheral areas in 45 rats were described.
